Our pumpkin seed oil is a specialty of the autumn season, whose bright orange colors also resemble the color scheme of the pumpkin itself. The oil is obtained from pumpkin seeds from regionally harvested pumpkins and cold-pressed in the company’s own oil mill. The greenish oil is rich in vitamin E and is suitable for refining many dishes thanks to its strong, pithy taste.

Thanks to its nutty flavor, the oil tastes particularly delicious in salad dressings and sauces and adds a wonderful autumnal note to potato dishes. The popular classic pumpkin soup and many other pumpkin dishes also benefit from the oil. Simple cheese, meat and vegetable dishes become a highly refined delight.

Our hazelnut oil is produced directly on site in our own oil mill. The best hazelnuts from regional hazelnut bushes are cold-pressed to produce natural oil. The cold pressing process guarantees that valuable hazelnut ingredients and their mild, nutty flavor are preserved. The oil is characterized by its particularly fine taste as well as its high content of unsaturated fatty acids and is therefore particularly popular in a wide variety of dishes.

Hazelnut oil in food

Hazelnut oil is not suitable for frying, but it would be far too good for that. Thanks to its mild taste, it goes well with both sweet and savory dishes. Its pleasant nutty note makes it excellent in pancakes, Kaiserschmarrn and for baking cakes and cookies. In combination with vinegar, you can conjure up a delicious salad dressing and it also tastes delicious in dips and fine dessert sauces.

Our rapeseed oil is obtained from rapeseed grown in regional rapeseed fields. The rapeseed is first hulled and then cold-pressed into golden-yellow rapeseed oil in our own oil mill. All the aromatic substances and ingredients in the rapeseed oil are unfiltered, making it very valuable and an important part of the daily diet.

Rapeseed oil in food

The oil is very heat-resistant and can therefore be used in cold, warm and hot dishes. It is also ideal for cooking and baking or for refining pasta and meat dishes. Thanks to its mild and subtle nutty flavor, it tastes wonderful in salads, soups, dips and sauces. It tastes particularly good with steamed vegetables.
