Our historic mustard is still prepared in our historic mustard mill as it was in times long gone – without preservatives or artificial ingredients. It is considered the origin of all the mill’s own mustard varieties. The strong, spicy pungency of the mustard seeds creates an exceptional taste experience for all lovers of special cuisine – whether with cold or hearty, warm dishes. It gives the mustard sauce a perfectly spicy note. This mustard can be used anywhere, whether with vegetarian dishes or meat dishes. Clearly: Grade 1!

The recipe for this mustard dates back to 1820. Our mustard, which is made exactly according to this historic, old recipe, still tastes great more than two hundred years later. Especially for the celebrating fathers on Father’s Day.
