The time of receipt of the booking is decisive. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility to participate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the EU are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Participation in the competition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Participation is automatic by booking a stay of one, two or three nights within the promotion period. One participation is possible per booking. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Profit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The prize draw will cover the full cost of the booked overnight stay(s) including food and drink. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Determination of winners and notification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The winner will be selected at random at the end of the entry period, announced on 27.02.2026 and notified by email or telephone. If no response is received within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Payment of winnings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Cash payment, payment in installments or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Data protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
