Start of guided tour<\/strong>In the bakery, visitors are shown how loaves of bread are made from sourdough and baked in the stone ovens. This bread can be purchased in the mill shop. <\/p>\n\n

In the mustard mill, our visitors learn how the mash is made from mustard seeds and how the Eifel mill mustard is produced. By arrangement, you can also “make your own mustard” here. How we produce our own rapeseed oil is explained and demonstrated using the oil mill, which dates back to 1841. In the distillery gallery, visitors can see a restored and fully functional schnapps distillery. You can also get a free sample of our homemade liqueurs, such as sloe or herb liqueur. We also offer schnapps tastings by arrangement.<\/p>\n\n
