Dear Erwin, dear mill team,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for organizing our wedding reception at the Birgeler M\u00fchle – and not just “just for the organization”, but for a day that could not have been more beautiful for us. From the very first moment – at the reception with sparkling wine, beer and fresh mill bread – to the last dance deep into the night, everything was just perfect. The opportunity to spend the whole day on your mill grounds was a huge benefit for us and our guests: your experience and passion was evident everywhere. No change of location, no hectic pace – this created a special sense of calm and connection. Experiencing everything in such a loving, natural and at the same time perfectly coordinated setting was simply wonderful. While we were out taking photos, our guests were able to enjoy the sun, the atmosphere and even a tour of the mill – a real experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The evening in the great hall with a fantastic 4-course menu and service that was always on hand exceeded our expectations. The overnight stay in the half-timbered house was also a real highlight. We fell into bed around 4 a.m. full of happiness and were able to end the day in peace over breakfast with our overnight guests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear Erwin, you can feel in every detail that the mill is your life’s work. The passion with which you and your team have filled this house is not only impressive, but touches us deeply. You made the most beautiful day of our lives possible. We were simply able to celebrate, enjoy and be present at every moment – because you thought of everything in the background. Many of our guests have told us how thrilled they were with the atmosphere, the food, the ambience and, above all, the hospitality at the M\u00fchle. We can confirm this: No wish was left unfulfilled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a small token of our gratitude, we are enclosing a tip for you with this letter – for the coffee fund, for a well-deserved after-work beer or whatever you would like to use it for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
