The new brewery grill for off-site sales is open and tempting with crispy chicken, juicy chops and delicious potato pancakes with applesauce. The absolute novelty in our area far and wide.
Opening hours brewery grill: Daily from 11:00 to 21:00
Opening of the season of the brewery beer gates
Our new covered brewery beer garden attracts visitors to Birgel even on rainy days. Our home-brewed beer (Helles and Weizen) and delicious food invite you to stay.
Opening hours: Daily from 11:00 to 22:00
No table reservations and no card payment are possible.

Reopening of the Historic Water Mill
The complete reopening of the historic water mill including overnight stays is planned for Easter 2023 . We will inform you about further partial openings in the course of the year at this point. We are happy to accept any bookings for the period from 07.04.2023 again as of now. (Weddings, birthday parties, family celebrations, group travel).
