Be amazed by the impressive variety of our fully functional machines: from the majestic steam engine, built in 1917, to the mechanical oil press, which has been pressing fresh oil for over 130 years, to the three-storey grain mill, which forms the heart of the mill. Every detail tells a story of craftsmanship, ingenuity and hard work.

Marvel at the fully functional steam engine, built in 1917, with an output of 80 kW, which we dismantled and rebuilt in our mill.
This oil press has been producing freshly pressed oil for over 130 years. It has a capacity of 300 liters per day for the production of rapeseed oil .
Alongside the oil press and the steam engine, the painting wheel is another historical tool that can be admired in full operation.
Our lathe, powered by a steam engine, is suitable for milling, drilling and metalworking.
In our mustard mill, powered by a 100-year-old Peugeot engine, we still produce our legendary mill mustard today.
Another highlight of our historic watermill is the flour mill. It extends over three floors. Marvel at the process of flour production from start to finish.
The water turbine is the heart of the grain mill. With 25 hp, it ensures that up to 70 quintals of flour can be milled in one pass.
In our milling machine, grains are ground into meal and prepared for further processing.
Many of our attractions are powered by old generators and motors and give an impression of how manual labor has been replaced by machines.
In our Schöpfbrauerei you will learn how the monks brewed beer over 150 years ago. Today we produce our delicious mill beer here.
In the wood-fired schnapps distillery, our delicious mill schnapps is distilled with our own mash.
