With the mill, head miller Erwin fulfilled a dream and since then has devotedly produced the finest regional specialties from mustard to honey to noble brandy, which you can now also purchase in our online store. So you can easily bring a tasty piece of mill to your home!

Handmade and from purely natural ingredients directly from the Volcanic Eifel, the delicacies are created directly on site in our mill. Our family-run company attaches great importance to fresh ingredients and their gentle processing to guarantee the highest quality.

Specialties of the mill

Our mustard flour is produced in our mustard mill. In the process, the mustard seeds are personally ground and processed by head miller Erwin. Subsequently, our delicious mustard is created from it according to our own recipe and from regional ingredients.

In the in-house schnapps distillery , the most delicious liqueurs and fine brandies are produced in a variety of flavors, which promise great enjoyment according to the mill’s own recipe.

In our oil mill, cold-pressed edible oils of a special kind are created, whose valuable flavors refine and perfectly round off every meal.

From selected fruits of the Eifel region, the mill produces the fruity-fresh Mühlen jams, whose high fruit content of more than 50% guarantees a fruity pleasure.

Heavenly sweet pleasure offers our uniquely delicious honey with Mühlen seal of quality, which guarantees the highest quality.

The Eifler Landwurst specialties of the mill are created under the strictest guidelines of animal welfare and in unadulterated production to guarantee the purest and finest sausage enjoyment.
