Whitsun arrangement

From the 24.05. – 26.05.2026 a very special program awaits you again in the historic watermill in Birgel.

• 2 x overnight stays in a double room at the Mühlenhotel or in a spacious half-timbered suite
• 2 x rich breakfast buffet
• 1 x welcome liqueur before dinner
• 1 x dinner as a 4-course menu of your choice (Whit Sunday) 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
• 1 x meal as much as you like in the beer garden (Whit Monday) 11:00 – 17:00
• 1 x mill tour

On the days of Pentecost, all of our mills are open and can be admired in operation.

For children there is a program with creating your own mustard, baking bread and preparing muesli.

Our homemade liqueurs, mustards, oils and much more can be purchased in the Mühlenlädchen.

An antique and flea market takes place on the entire mill site.

On Sunday evening we serve from 17:00 – 20:00

our 4-course menu at the Wirtshaus Sägewerk.

On Whit Monday you can help yourself to your heart’s content in our brewery beer garden from 12:00 – 17:00.

Here you can eat as much as you like.

The restaurant is completely closed from 17:00 on Whit Monday.
