Three days full of contemplation, regional delicacies and special experiences await you in the festively decorated historic Birgel Watermill. Be welcomed with a welcome drink from our distillery, enjoy a cozy fondue dinner on Christmas Eve and discover our traditional mill tours and the winter hike to the Hirschbergsattel with a snack on the holidays.
Whether in a romantic half-timbered apartment, in a cozy hotel room or with your own motorhome – with us you will experience Christmas with heart, craftsmanship and Eifel charm. Between old millstones and the smell of freshly baked bread, you will experience an atmosphere that can only be found here.
