Enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Eifel on your arrival. When you arrive at the mill site, we will give you a friendly welcome, explain the procedure and personally accompany you to your room. You will spend the night in a spacious room of approx. 25 m² with cozy and rustic furnishings. In the evening, a welcome drink from our own distillery awaits you in the “Wirtshaus zum Sägewerk”. Afterwards, our chef will spoil you with a 3-course menu/buffet.
The day begins with a rich breakfast buffet. Our home-baked bread, sausage, cheese, jam, egg dishes, yoghurt, quark and muesli will give you the vitality and strength you need for the whole day. Experience our unique technology museum (Holy Saturday 04.04.2026) . Use the afternoon to explore the surroundings of Birgel on foot. In the evening you will again be spoiled with a 3-course menu/buffet.
After a relaxed start to the day and a hearty breakfast, our hike to the Hirschbergsattel awaits. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes of the Eifel along the way and on site. A snack is available here for culinary refreshment. Afterwards, we will hike back to the mill, where you can spend the rest of the day as you wish. In the evening, we invite you to enjoy our delicious 3-course menu or buffet.
The last breakfast is enjoyed. After breakfast, you can buy all the delicious things you’ve tasted at the Mühlenlädchen and then look forward to a good journey home.
