Conferences and seminars in the Eifel
Getting up-to-date information and experiencing content in the tension field of ancient walls and oak beams makes seminar events in the watermill a special and lingering experience for both organizers and participants.
Starting with the seminar room, which immediately radiates a cozy and free feeling of calm. The kitchen of “Le Moulin”, served in the tavern, or, perhaps to switch off your thoughts, prepare your own food once, or even play board and motivational games with our head miller Erwin and his team, let the world of thought experience different times.
At the end of each day, sleeping in a half-timbered apartment that is at least 300 years old puts every participant in a dream.

Experience the winter months in the romantic Eifel with our special winter offer from November 17, 2019 to February 14, 2020.
The following services are available from at least 10 people contain:
- Conference room incl. techn. Equipment and equipment for 2 complete days
- Conference drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water) and homemade pastries – unlimited during the entire conference
- 1 x lunch as a stew on the first day
- 1 x lunch as a main course on the second day

We can offer you the following overnight accommodations on the mill premises:
- 8 double rooms for single use in the mill hotel
- 3 apartments in the historic half-timbered houses with one bedroom as single use
- 3 apartments with two bedrooms as single use or with 2 person occupancy
For larger conference groups, we can book additional overnight stays in guest houses in Birgel.
