How is mustard made?

Our traditional historical mustard serves as the basis for the mustard creation refined with liqueur and champagne. The addition of blackcurrant liqueur gives the extremely aromatic mustard a wonderful fruity note. The addition of a dash of the finest champagne completes the mustard specialty.
