Our handmade elderberry-plum jam according to a traditional mill recipe is characterized by its high fruit content of more than 50% and its particularly low added sugar. Made from the best elderberries and plums of the Eifel, it is not only remarkably natural, but also tastes exceptionally delicious thanks to its gentle processing.

A favorite with coffee and cake and also a real pleasure on the simple sandwich. The jam tastes great with sweet pastries such as crepes, croissants or brioche. On warm days it is mixed with quark or yoghurt, a popular summer snack. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, that is up to you.
