How is mustard made?
Our historic mustard also serves as the basis for this mustard variation. The finely ground garlic is then added and completes the coarse-grained, particularly spicy mustard.

To preserve the mustard and its spiciness, store it in a cool, dark place after opening. As the product is sensitive to heat, dishes prepared with mustard (e.g. roulades) often taste much milder after heating.
