Our mustard meal is made from the pure mustard seeds themselves, for this purpose the mustard seeds are crushed between rollers by Chefmüller Erwin himself during production. The mustard meal obtained through this process describes the coarsely shredded remnants of the whole mustard seed and is a basic ingredient as well as the main component in the production of mustard.
