Traditional mill brandy from the Eifel
Our Mühlenbrannt with an alcohol content of 43% vol. is a very special product from our distillery. The Mühlenschnaps is made from the best yeasts and selected types of wine and then stored in oak barrels until it is finally bottled. At the local mill, we also like to call it “Eifel grappa”, without exaggerating.
How do you enjoy the brandy?
Our Mühlenbrannt or “Eifelgrappa” not only tastes wonderful as a traditional digestif after a successful meal. Quite the opposite, because it can do so much more. It tastes great on its own with coffee, in combination with dark chocolate or creamy, nutty desserts. The brandy also makes an excellent accompaniment to cheese. For a guaranteed taste experience, we recommend enjoying the brandy at room temperature.
