Plum brandy from the Eifel
Our plum brandy with an alcohol content of 43% vol. Is made from plums directly in the region. Since the whole fruit is processed with its stone, plums are often accompanied by a light almond note. Its fruity-warm aftertaste makes it a very balanced, round and harmonious brandy specialty, which is particularly mild and full-bodied in taste.
How do you enjoy the brandy?
A serving temperature of 16 to 18 degrees is recommended for pure enjoyment. Its delicate marzipan tan makes it perfect for dessert.
