Traditional mill brandy from the Eifel
Our Mühlenbrannt with an alcohol content of 43% vol. is a very special product from our distillery. The Mühlenschnaps is made from the best yeasts and selected types of wine and then stored in oak barrels until it is finally bottled. At the local mill, we also like to call it “Eifel grappa”, without exaggerating.
How do you enjoy the brandy?
Our Mühlenbrannt or “Eifelgrappa” not only tastes wonderful as a traditional digestif after a successful meal. On the contrary, because it can do a lot more. It tastes good with coffee, in combination with dark chocolate or creamy, nutty desserts. The brandy is also excellent with cheese. For a guaranteed taste experience, we recommend enjoying the brandy at room temperature.
