The eagle and wolf park Kasselburg in the town of Pelm, for example, can be reached from the watermill in just ten minutes by car and is therefore ideal for a spontaneous excursion. This 20 hectare facility is not only ideal for all animal lovers, anyone looking for peace and relaxation is also in the right place in the huge park. After all, you can take a wonderful walk and relax here. The eagle and wolf park Kasselburg is located right next to the historic castle complex of Kasselburg and is uniquely beautiful in terms of landscape. There is also a collection and care station for injured birds of prey.
Countless birds of prey such as eagles, vultures and kites as well as wolves live in the park, but you can also marvel at eagle owls and owls in the many aviaries. The largest wolf pack in Western Europe lives in the forests. An adventure trail leads through this wolf enclosure, which is equipped with numerous stands and viewing platforms – from these you have a magnificent view of the animals.
Interesting flight demonstrations take place every day at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Adler- und Wolfspark Kasselburg and the feeding of the wolves every day at 3:45 p.m. is a very special experience every time.
Several times a year there are also very special campaigns and adventure days such as knight games, the Easter Bunny Festival or the so-called “Wolf Days”.

After the day in the middle of nature in the eagle and wolf park Kasselburg behind you, you will surely like to return to the old watermill to fortify yourself in the restaurant.
