Romantic baking and mustard course
The baking and mustard course is now available for booking again!
A short vacation in the Eifel with the experience of baking your own bread from natural sourdough in a wood-fired stone oven and learning to make your own mustard; both will teach you to enjoy life.
We will show you all the operations here at our water mill and answer all your questions. All of the things you will experience at the mill can become part of life if you take your experiences home with you. During the evening together in the tavern, you can also enjoy the culinary delights of the mill. A warm atmosphere awaits you in the Eifel room of the Mühlenhotel.
