Elder brandy made from wild fruits of the Eifel

Our unique elderberry brandy with an alcohol content of 43% vol. Is made from the most well-known wild fruits of the Eifel. The fruits give the brandy a unique scent and unusual taste that only elderberries can give. And now hold on: For only 2 liters of alcohol we need 100 kg of elderberry. The elaborate harvest alone makes the elderberry fruit brandy something very special, for which we would never save on costs and effort.

How do you enjoy the brandy?

In order to guarantee optimal enjoyment, the recommended drinking temperature is 15 to 18 degrees. After a successful dinner, the fine drop can be enjoyed as a digestif, but it also tastes great with or even in dessert. A very popular recipe is the “Elderberry Fire”, which is biscuits enriched with elderberry jam and schnapps.
