Traditional mill brandy from the Eifel

With our mill brandy with an alcohol content of 43% vol., We speak of a very special product from our distillery. The mill schnapps is made from the best yeasts and selected types of wine and then stored in oak barrels until it is finally bottled. In the local mill we like to refer to it as “Eifelgrappa” without exaggerating.

How do you enjoy the brandy?

Our mill brandy or “Eifelgrappa” tastes wonderful not only traditionally as a digestif after a successful meal. On the contrary, because it can do a lot more. It tastes good with coffee, in combination with dark chocolate or creamy, nutty desserts. The brandy is also excellent with cheese. For a guaranteed taste experience, we recommend enjoying the brandy at room temperature.
