Conditions of participation in the spring competition

Participation period

The competition runs until 26.02.2026 and relates to bookings received in the period 27.02.2026 up to and including 15.03.2026 (latest day of departure). The time of receipt of the booking is decisive.

Eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the EU are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation in the competition

Participation is automatic by booking a stay of one, two or three nights within the promotion period. One participation is possible per booking.

Profit

The prize draw will cover the full cost of the booked overnight stay(s) including food and drink.

Determination of winners and notification

The winner will be selected at random at the end of the entry period, announced on 27.02.2026 and notified by email or telephone. If no response is received within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

Payment of winnings

Cash payment, payment in installments or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

Data protection

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Further information on data protection can be found at [link to privacy policy].

Disclaimer / Reservation of right to make changes

The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or prematurely terminate the competition at any time for important reasons, if this is necessary.
