Let our head miller personally introduce you to the secrets of distilling schnapps.

All the basics about mash, brandy, spirit, liqueurs and infusions are explained and understandable!

Of course, a distillation process is also carried out during this time, so that the various runs can also be experienced with taste and smell. The highlight of the distillation process is that a mill feast is braised in the kettle during the distillation.

You can enjoy the culinary delights of the mill at dinner together in the tavern. A rustic and cozy atmosphere awaits you in the double room of the Mühlenhotel. The next day – after a hearty breakfast – we will show you all the mills in action and answer all your questions.
